The Cramp Care Patch starts warming as soon as it’s exposed to air. If your patch isn’t heating up, the packaging may have been damaged or compromised before opening.
For menstrual cramps, apply the patch to your lower abdomen or lower back. Always place it where you feel the most discomfort. The Cramp Care Patch should not be applied directly to the skin — ensure there is a layer of clothing between your skin and the patch.
You may wear more than one patch at a time, such as on both the abdomen and lower back, for added comfort. However, do not place or overlap multiple patches on the same area of the body.
The Cramp Care Patch can be used daily or as often as needed during your cycle. However, each patch should only be applied to the same area once within a 24-hour period.
You can continue your normal daily activities while wearing the patch. Just avoid submerging it in water or wearing it during very intense physical activity where it might peel off.

The Cramp Care Patch itself is not recyclable and is not made from recyclable materials. However, the unit carton is made from paper and can be recycled through your regular recycling program.
