Before first use: Wash your hands and clean the applicator with the DIVA wash (or any other mild soap) and warm water. Rinse thoroughly and allow it to dry completely.

Application steps:
1. Pull the plunger at the bottom of applicator back slightly.

2. Place one Biome Balancer Suppository into the open end of the applicator.

3. Get into a comfortable position. We recomend laying down or standing with one leg up for easier application.

4. Insert the top of the applicator into the vagina as far as it feels comfortable. Then, slowly press down on the plunger to release the product.

5. Slowly remove the applicator.

6. Wash with the DIVA wash (or any other mild soap) and warm water and dry completely before storing in a clean, dry place.

7. Get to bed! The Biome Balancer is designed to work overnight.

Your applicator is designed to last throughout your Biome Balancer use.

Be sure to wash before and after each use and discard once you've finished your Biome Balancer supply.

Discard sooner if you notice cracks, damage, discoloration, or anything that could affect hygiene or comfort.
