I've used the diva cup for at least 7 years now and will never go back to tampons! Makes my periods more bearable and the cramps are less intense then what they used to be. 10/10 recommend!

It definitely takes a couple of tries to understand how it works. I’ve been using this for 2 cycles and I get frustrated every once in a while but once you get the hang of it, you can leave it in all day with no worries.
