Vaginal Health is the Gateway to Overall Health

Preventative self care rituals offer better vaginal health outcomes. Dryness, itchiness, and irritation in the vulva area can be caused by hormonal changes or environmental factors. Our Vulva Care Collection is specially designed to soothe and restore comfort, helping you feel your best every day.

Vulva vs Vagina

The vulva is the outer part of the female reproductive system. It includes the labia majora, which are the outer folds, and the labia minora, which are the inner folds. These parts protect the vaginal opening.

The vagina, meanwhile, is the muscular canal that connects the vulva to the cervix. This plays a key role in role in menstruation, sex, and childbirth.

Should I use more than just water?

How do I clean my vagina?
While your Vagina is self-cleaning your Vulva is not and can require some extra care to maintain good vaginal health.
When caring for your vulva, it is important that the products you use do not disrupt pH and "good" bacteria levels of your vagina. Avoid using chemical-based, scented products not made for this sensitive skin.
Use a gentle, pH-balanced cleanser or moisturizer made for your vulva. The goal is not to "smell good" or worry about "being dirty". Instead, focus on your pelvic health. Keep your vulva hydrated, and strengthen your microbiome to prevent itching or discomfort.

Challenging the period status quo since 2003

"Vaginal dryness occurs in women of all ages, but it becomes much more common after menopause. It's estimated that the problem affects about half of postmenopausal women — most of whom, possibly as many as 90%, don't seek treatment for their symptoms".
